Bryan Lloyd Danielson (born May 22, 1981)[1] is an American professional wrestler, better known by his ring name Daniel Bryan.He is signed to WWE.

In professional wrestling, Danielson is a five-time world champion, having held the WWE Championship/WWE World Heavyweight Championship three times, WWE’s World Heavyweight Championship once, and the ROH World Championship once. He is also a one time United States Champion, a one time Tag Team Champion as part of Team Hell No, and is a Money in the Bank winner. Danielson has headlined several major pay-per-view events for WWE, including WrestleMania XXX, and was awarded the 2013 Superstar of the Year Slammy Award.

Danielson has spent the majority of his career without an overt character in favor of becoming popular with the fans through his monikers, signature mannerisms, and wrestling ability. His attire has varied, as well, with the majority of his tenure wearing a pair of short trunks, but also ventured into wearing a mask for a time in Japan as an extension of his “American Dragon” persona.
