When can you deliver the partitions and how long do you need to have it installed? Of course, it is for your business, hence delays are not appreciated. You have a target date to open your establishment, so you have to make sure that all projects and constructions will be done exactly as to when it should be.

Timelines are important and you have to make sure that these are met to avoid issues. You have to be very clear with the contractors about the timelines. Rushing and pushing them to beat your deadline is not recommended. If they pushed back on your desired date, instead of negotiating or forcing them to follow your date requirement, you can just look for another company who could actually deliver exactly or hopefully earlier than your target.

• What brand of bathroom partitions do you carry

What are the brands of bathroom partitions do they carry? Are the brands trusted in the industry? Make sure that you give high importance to the brand, as it could make or break the overall satisfaction you could get from having this.

If they do not carry the brand you prefer, you can either look for another contractor or you could ask them to source the specific brand you want. 

• Rates

How much does their service cost? Even how reliable and reputable they are in the industry, if you cannot afford their service, it is useless. You are actually free to negotiate rates, but needless to say, the rates should not in any way affect the quality of service and bathroom partition that you would get.

It is best if you let them know upfront your budget and let them decide if they can work on your budget or you have to look for someone else.

• Warranty

What kind of warranty can they provide? Of course, you want a warranty that could assure you that when something comes up, they will repair the issue without any fee or at least you will only pay a very minimal amount. You may also want to know if they offer their own warranty or they will just depend on the manufacturer’s warranty.
