Concierge Auctions announced open bidding on Villa Firenze on January 27th. Located in Beverly Hills, this villa was listed for $160 million. It was also listed without reserve and was sold to the highest bidder. Jeff Hyland and Rick Hilton of Hilton & Hyland were working in cooperation with Concierge Auctions to bring this quality property to market. The bidding closed on February 2nd, but during the bidding window people could watch the auction live and in real time. Buyers from around the world placed digital bids on the property, knowing that the lack of reserve on the property offered the potential for an excellent price on an amazing piece of real estate.
The Chairman of Concierge Auctions, Chad Roffers, stated that the seller was allowing the market to speak.
