The coordinator who is going to manage the entire display during the proceedings must be fully aware of the objectives of the business so that he can take a proper decision.

3. The technical capabilities

The following are the basic guidelines for deciding the requirements that are all related to LED brightness:

• Brightness of indoors – 1,000 to 1,500 nits
• The brightness of outdoors – 2,000 to 3,000 nits
• The brightness of outdoors under sunlight – 5,000+ nits.
